Gun Sales Skyrocket

Ohio Institutes Castle Doctrine

Ohio prosecutors are concerned that residents will take advantage of the new Castle Doctrine there. The law means that residents who fight intruders at their homes or in vehicles are automatically assumed to have been acting in self defense.
